Kevin McSpadden, Regional Manager for DP Air Phoenix
Kevin has served as the Regional Manager for the DP Air Phoenix office since 2000. He has over 30 years of experience in facilities maintenance and commercial HVAC and over 20 years experience in critical environment sales and service. Prior to joining DP Air, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Kevin began his career with DP Air as a technician in the Phoenix office in 1990. After demonstrating leadership and extensive knowledge, he then progressed into management roles within DP Air. There he continued to expand his knowledge, skills and experience while providing strategic leadership. Kevin is vigilant in assessing and evaluating new technologies, processes and equipment in the rapidly changing industry. As the Regional Manager for the DP Air Phoenix office, Kevin is directly responsible for his team of over 40 technicians and administrative personnel as well as hundreds of clients throughout Arizona.
Kevin’s background and expertise in the industry allows him to provide critical environment solutions that are well researched and proven to be successful. Kevin continually works with clients to improve facility services, increase customer satisfaction, reduce facility costs and protect and improve the value of the client’s assets. To accomplish this, Kevin interfaces with executives and decision makers at all levels to understand business needs and develop customized solutions with the highest degree of professionalism.
He and his wife, Debbi, reside in Goodyear and have two adult daughters.
