Gary Duplock, Regional Manager for DP Air Las Vegas
Gary Duplock currently serves as the Regional Manager for the DP Air Las Vegas branch. Gary has over 36 years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry and over 20 years of experience in the controls industry. Prior to joining DP Air in 2006, Gary held numerous management positions for leading manufacturers including Trane (an $11 billion company), Carrier (an $11 billion company) and York International (a $5 billion company).
Gary started his HVAC career in 1976 as a Service Technicianfor the Centrifugal Department for the Las Vegas Trane office. There he was responsible for large commercial and industrial equipment, centrifugal and absorption chillers. After serving in that position for 11 years, 6 years as the Service Manager for the Centrifugal Department, Gary started working for Carrier Corporation. He held several positions there including Commissioning Technician, Lead Service Technician and Sales Manager.
As an Australian native, Gary then decided to take the position of North Queensland Territory Manager for York International Corporation in Australia. During that time he managed multiple branches and millions in inventory. After being introduced to controls at York, Gary took on the role of Controls Manager at Southwest Air Conditioning back in the United States. There he was responsible for the design, engineering, programming, installation and servicing of Honeywell DDC control systems as well as other controls manufactures DDC systems including Pneumatic controls systems. Gary also spent some time as a Controls Manager for Athena Engineering in San Dimas, CA, who represented Schneider Electric and Honeywell DDC controls systems before finally making the move to DP Air Corporation.
Gary and his wife, Brenda, live in Las Vegas, NV with their children and grand children.
